Haverlock needed to close 31 of its stores and reshape its regional management structure within a single financial year, while protecting its reputation with staff and customers.

We designed a consultation timetable that met every statutory requirement while giving colleagues clear information at each stage, and trained 80 store and regional managers to hold the conversations consistently.
Our team handled collective consultation with employee representatives and supported HR through every individual meeting, appeal and redeployment decision.
The Outcome
All 31 closures completed on schedule. More than 200 colleagues were redeployed within the group and not a single tribunal claim was issued.
