Hannah Clarke

Hannah leads our real estate team and advises developers, investors and public bodies on regeneration, investment and development work across the UK. She is known for keeping complex schemes moving when funding, planning or building safety issues threaten the timetable.

Before joining Ashworth Kell in 2016 Hannah spent eight years at a national firm in Leeds and London. She sits on the board of a Yorkshire housing association and writes regularly on building safety and leasehold reform.
